Normally when new systems are being designed, load flow, and voltage drop studies are conducted to ensure that a system is designed properly, i.e. that cables are sized appropriately, that you do not have to much system impedance that can create significant voltage drop issues, etc.
These are pretty extensive studies for we have to take into account all loads, cable sizing, etc. The output report confirms that your system is designed correctly and flags any problems that can be seen by the study.
